Platform Rules, Rights & Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and 33r ("33r," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 33r online gaming platform, including all products, services, content, features, and functionality available through the 33r website and any associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 33r platform, completing the 33r login process, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise using any part of the 33r service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 33r Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of 33r globally, with specific provisions applying to users accessing 33r from Pakistan, including those using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank for PKR transactions. Where Pakistani law imposes additional obligations or restrictions, those provisions shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Access to and use of the 33r platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 33r operates a strict 21+ age policy. Access by persons under 21 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as individual players.
• You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through 33r's responsible gaming tools or mandated by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions list, watch list, or prohibited persons register maintained by any relevant authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not already hold another active 33r account. Only one account per person is permitted.

By registering on 33r, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. 33r reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.

3.1 Account Uniqueness

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 33r account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep that information updated at all times. 33r relies on the information you provide for KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

3.3 Account Security & 33r Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33r login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your 33r login details with any third party. 33r will never ask for your password by email, chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your 33r login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 33r support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Non-Transferability

Your 33r account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Account balances, bonuses, and winnings accumulated within 33r are non-transferable except through the standard withdrawal process to your own verified payment method.

In compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, 33r operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the 33r platform.

4.1 Documents Required

During the KYC review period, deposit functionality remains active but withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by 33r may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balances, while verified real-money balances will be returned through appropriate channels.

33r accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit at 33r is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 33r balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically reflect within 5–30 minutes depending on inter-bank processing times. 5.2 Deposit Restrictions

• Chargebacks raised against legitimate 33r deposits will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.

Withdrawals from 33r are available to all verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with 33r's anti-money laundering procedures.

6.1 Processing Times

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts during peak operational hours.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Processed within 1–4 business hours, subject to inter-bank clearing schedules.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 business days, subject to card network processing times.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied: full KYC verification must be complete; any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled; and the withdrawal amount must not exceed the balance available after deducting any locked bonus funds. 33r reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of PKR 50,000 or above.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits and monthly caps apply to all 33r accounts. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding standard limits should contact the 33r support team in advance to make appropriate arrangements. 33r reserves the right to pay large withdrawals in instalments over a defined schedule, with prior notice to the account holder.

33r offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses offered by 33r are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as Andar Bahar and roulette may contribute a lower percentage. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

33r operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play between related accounts, and any other activity designed to exploit promotional terms rather than participate in good faith. 33r reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus balances and free spins not used within the applicable validity period will be automatically forfeited. 33r will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

All games available on 33r — including live Andar Bahar, live casino tables, cricket and sports betting markets, slots, and all other products — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gaming principles apply across all 33r products:

• All 33r casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. 33r does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by 33r's trading team based on market data. 33r reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or correct errors in odds where manifest pricing errors occur.

For live Andar Bahar specifically, game rules follow standard South Asian card game conventions. All live dealer decisions are final once the relevant hand or round is concluded. Any disputes regarding live table outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session in question.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 33r platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using 33r for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 33r games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the 33r platform. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported to 33r support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer or live dealer games.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33r platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 33r content without prior written consent.
• Use the 33r brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on any 33r content.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content or data from the 33r platform.

Any unauthorised use of 33r intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 33r.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33r, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 33r platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes on any 33r game or market.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime beyond 33r's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your 33r account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your 33r login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Decisions made in reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the 33r platform that contained errors subsequently corrected.

The 33r platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33r makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform. Where statutory consumer protections apply that cannot be excluded, they are not affected by this clause.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of 33r to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the 33r platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined by 33r's dormant account policy published in the 33r FAQ.

13.1 Consequences of Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from fraud, prohibited activity, or material Terms breach, 33r reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 33r account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a voluntary closure, 33r will confirm your remaining balance and process any outstanding withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all applicable conditions are met.

33r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 33r will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the email address registered on their account, a notification displayed upon 33r login, or a prominent notice published on the 33r website.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 33r platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using 33r and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33r holds its international gaming licence.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and 33r, you should first contact the 33r support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. The 33r support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.

If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate the matter to 33r's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including relevant dates, amounts, game references, and any supporting evidence.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights, prevent irreversible harm, or enforce payment obligations.
